Q: Are you based in Carnarvon because your phone number is 99985006?
A: Our phone in a VOIP phone which stands for Voice Over Internet Protocol; meaning our phone calls go through the internet. That means regardless who we call in Australia our calls only costs 15c. Please call us to show you how you can start saving money!
Q: Why do I often have to leave a message and don't get through to someone?
A: Because we are a part time business we operate after work hours. So this means after 3.30pm most days and all day on weekends. However this is perfect for an onsite service as these are the times you are home.
Q: Do you have a warranty on your parts?
A: Absolutely, please check the Technical page.
Q: Do you charge freight on parts?
A. We do charge freight on parts but only enough to cover the freight to Carnarvon. Usually it will be around $10 or around $20 if you need the part overnight. The reason we do this is to keep prices down. It then allows us to buy parts from the cheapest supplier in Perth or over East, passing the savings onto you. It also means you are not stuck with older technology as we only order the latest parts at the best prices.
Q: Why are your parts so cheap?
A: Because we only buy them as we need them so we are always getting the best possible price. We also try to shop around with our suppliers passing the saving onto you.
Q: Do you use quality parts?
Yes we only use quality components like Western Digital, XFX, Asus, Gigabyte, Pioneer, Thermaltake, Kingston and Corsair to name a few.
